6-9 October 2023, Hatten Hotel Malacca – MARA Corp organised the Group Budget Retreat for 2024 to discuss and plan for the upcoming fiscal year. The program has gathered MARA Corp subsidiaries CEOs and CFOs to finalise the company annual budget for 2024 and to review its Q3 2023 performance to date.

The main objective for the Group Budget Retreat is to ensure that the Group’s financial plan aligns with the Group strategic objectives, that the resources are allocated effectively and the KPI is aligned with the Group overall objectives and that there is buy-in from key stakeholders.
