1. INTRODUCTION

MARA Corporation Group of Companies hereby invites qualified and experienced takaful insurance providers, brokers, and consultants to submit quotations for the provision of an Employee Benefit Program – Medical Takaful Insurance Coverage. 

2. SCOPE OF COVERAGE

The proposed employee benefit program shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

  a) Group Hospitalisation & Surgical (GHS) Insurance
  b) Specialist & Diagnostic Benefits
  c) Group Term Life / Personal Accident Coverage (if applicable)
  d) Other related employee medical benefits

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Interested vendors must meet the following requirements:

  a) Registered with relevant authorities and licensed to provide takaful insurance-related services in Malaysia (e.g. Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) / PIAM)
  b) Proven experience in managing corporate employee medical takaful insurance programs
  c) Ability to provide competitive and comprehensive benefit solutions
  d) Strong servicing support and claims administration capabilities

4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT

Vendors are required to submit TWO (2) separate proposals, clearly labelled as follows:

4.1  Technical Proposal (No Pricing Information)

The Technical Proposal shall include the following:

  a) Company profile
  b) Relevant experience and track record
  c)  Proposed benefit coverage and plan details 
  d) Claims process and servicing approach 
  e)  Panel hospital network
  f)  Value-added services
  g)  Compliance and supporting documents
