Signing of ‘Letter of Intent’ between MARA Corporation and Khazanah’s Impeccable Vintage Properties (IVP)
8 September 2023: The 'Letter of Intent' was signed in conjunction of the Selangor Aviation Show 2023 at Skypark Regional Aviation Centre, Bukit Jelutong between MARA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MARA Corp) and Impeccable Vintage Properties Sdn Bhd. (IVP), a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
MARA Corp was represented by the Group Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato' Julainie bin Mohd Salleh while IVP was represented by their Chief Executive Officer, En. Mohd Fuad Sharuji. The LOI signing was witnessed by Invest Selangor Berhad Chief Executive Officer, YBhg. Dato' Hasan Azhari bin Haji Idris, MARA Corp Board of Directors Dr. Resul bin Sapar and Mr. Mohd Amin bin Seri, Senior Manager of IVP.
