KUALA LUMPUR, 5 January 2026 - An engagement session with the Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee (BARC), MARA Corporation (MARA Corp) was held at IDEAS Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The full-day session brought together key personnel to strengthen alignment on governance, audit, risk, and integrity priorities across the organisation.

The programme featured strategic presentations, including the Shared Services Office (SSO) Implementation Plan by the Director of Group Corporate Services, En. Mazri Abdul Rahim and a session on Purposeful and Ethical Leadership in Auditing delivered by Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, MARA Corp, Datuk Dr. Hafsah Hashim. These sessions provided valuable insights into strengthening ethical practices and reinforcing effective governance frameworks.

Also present were the Director of Group Legal & Secretarial Services of MARA Corp, Puan Nazli Hani Saat, as well as the respective Heads of Integrity, Audit, and Risk units from the subsidiaries of MARA Corp Group.
