MARA Corporation Team Day 2025: A Unified Entity
KUALA LUMPUR, 6 November 2025 – Group Human Capital Management of MARA Corporation (MARA Corp) successfully organised the HRLC SEED #4: AI 2025 programme, an initiative designed to empower the next generation of Human Resource (HR) leaders through an in-depth exploration of the evolving intersection between HR and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The programme brought together HR professionals from across the MARA Corp Group and external organisations to enhance understanding, exchange ideas, and explore practical applications of AI in HR practices.
Held in collaboration with the Human Resource Leaders Circle (HRLC) Malaysia, a network of over 300 Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs), HR Directors and HR Leaders, the Self-Employed Empowerment Development (SEED) series aims to build a stronger pipeline of HR executives ready to lead in the era of intelligent, data-driven talent management. Through interactive sessions such as “GenAI & HR: Stories, Concerns & Games”, Telekom Malaysia Case Study and Agentic AI in Action with Warren Leow, participants will gain valuable insights into real-world use cases, ethical considerations and productivity transformations enabled by AI.
Present at the event was the Group Chief Executive Officer of MARA Corp, Encik Yahaya Sani, who officiated the program, accompanied by members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of MARA Corp. As MARA Corp continues to champion innovation and talent development, this initiative reflects MARA Corp's commitment to fostering progressive HR capabilities in ensuring employees are bolder, more courageous, and prepared to lead with integrity and intelligence in the AI era.
