KUALA LUMPUR, 13 October 2025 - In conjunction with the celebration of Hari Sukan Negara 2025 and World Mental Health Day, MARA Corporation (MARA Corp) is strengthening its commitment to employee well-being through a programme that integrates physical health, mental well-being and insurance awareness. The event was officiated by Group Chief Executive Officer of MARA Corp, YBhg. En. Yahaya Sani who emphasised the importance of fostering a balanced lifestyle and a supportive work environment for all employees.

As part of this initiative, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, conducted an informative session on insurance benefits and usage guidelines. The programme also featured a Mental Health and Stress Management Talk by Datin Dr. Afrah Mohd Yasin, Psychiatrist, Department of Psychiatry, Chancellor Tuanku Muhriz Hospital (UKM), alongside interactive wellness booths, bone density and foot screenings, and a Zumba fitness workout promoting active living. The event also saw the participation of MARA Corp subsidiaries, Glocal Link (GLSB), Harta Prima Realties (HPR), and MARA Aerospace and Technologies (M-AERO).

This initiative underscores MARA Corporation’s continuous effort to cultivate a healthy, active, and empathetic workplace culture while empowering employees to prioritise both their physical and mental well-being.
