KUALA LUMPUR, 11 February 2026 – Group Corporate Legal & Secretarial (GCLS) successfully conducted the GCLS 2026 Engagement Session with Director Group Corporate Services at the Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The session aimed to convey the mandate and key strategic directions from the Chairman of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and Director General of MARA to ensure coordination and clarity in implementation across the Group.

The engagement also served as a platform to brief subsidiaries on the implementation of the Shared Services Organisation (SSO), scheduled to take effect in July 2026. Director Group Corporate Services, En. Mazri Abdul Rahim delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining the implementation framework and its expected impact on the operational efficiency, governance and overall performance of the Group.

Also present was Director Group Corporate Legal & Secretarial, Puan Nazli Hani Saat along with representatives from the GCLS subsidiaries, reflecting a collective commitment towards strengthening governance, collaboration and organisational readiness across the Group.
