Kuala Lumpur, 5 May 2026 – Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Sdn. Bhd. (KPTMSB) paid a RM19.97 million dividend for the financial year ended 2025 to MARA Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MARA Corp), reflecting its strong and consistent performance over the past three years. The growth was driven by higher student enrolment, improved efficiency, and a stronger industry-focused business model.
The performance was supported by expanded programmes, strategic industry collaborations, and efforts to diversify revenue through professional education and digital learning. The dividend was presented by Chairman of KPTMSB, YB Dato’ Haji Shamshulkahar Haji Mohd Deli to Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of MARA Corp, Dato’ Amir Azhar Ibrahim during a ceremony held in conjunction with the Next Level of Excellence (NLE30) Strategic Engagement programme at the World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur, celebrating MARA’s 60th anniversary.
Moving forward, KPTMSB targets double-digit revenue growth in 2026 through campus expansion in Cyberjaya and Sarawak, as well as the growth of executive and flexible learning programmes. The event also featured the exchange of eight collaboration agreements, the launch of new campuses, the introduction of the Executive Management Programme by Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and the rollout of KPTMSB’s unified branding.
